Digital Product

VibeLaunch Core is a digital code product. Because repository access allows buyers to copy the product, refunds are generally not available after GitHub access is granted.

Broken Setup Exception

If the documented setup path fails within 7 days of purchase and support cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for buyer customization issues, unsupported stacks, changed business plans, failure to read the support scope, or requests after copying or redistributing the repository.
